Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall definition

Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall means, as of the close of business on any Distribution Date, the excess of Class A Monthly Principal for such Distribution Date and any outstanding Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall from the preceding Distribution Date over the amount in respect of principal that is actually deposited in the Class A Distribution Account on such Distribution Date.
Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A Principal Distributable Amount plus any outstanding Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall with respect to one or more prior Distribution Dates, over (ii) the amount of principal distributed to Class A Certificateholders on such current Distribution Date.

Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall. As of the close of business on any Distribution Date, the excess of the Class A Principal Distributable Amount plus any outstanding Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall from the preceding Distribution Date over the amount of principal that the holders of the Class A Certificates actually received on such current Distribution Date.
