Class A Preferred Units means the Class A Preferred Units, as defined in the LLC Agreement.

Class A Preferred Units means a class of the Company Interests issued as an equal, fractional, undivided share of the Company Interests, which have been designated as the Class A Preferred Units, with the designations, preferences and relative participating, optional and other special rights, powers and duties set forth in Annex A hereto. The ownership of Class A Preferred Units may be evidenced by a certificate in a form approved by the Administrative Member.

Class A Preferred Units means any Unit denominated "Class A Preferred."

Class A Preferred Units means BEP’s Class A Preferred Limited Partnership Units, issuable in series (which includes the Series 5, Series 7, Series 8, Series 9, Series 10, Series 11, Series 12, Series 13, Series 14, Series 15, Series 16 and Series 17 Preferred Units), of BEP.

Class A Preferred Units has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(b).
