Class A Preferred Unit definition

Class A Preferred Unit means a Partnership Interest representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a Class A Preferred Unit in this Agreement.

Examples of Class A Preferred Unit in a sentence

• In connection with the Operating Trust Merger, at the Operating Trust Merger Effective Time, each Operating Trust Class A-1 Common Unit issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Operating Trust Merger Effective Time shall, in accordance with Section 3.03(e)(ii)(A) and Section 3.03(e)(ii)(B), be converted into either (i) the Operating Trust Cash Consideration or (ii) the Operating Trust Class A Preferred Unit Consideration.
