Class A Loans definition

Class A Loans means, collectively, the Class A-R Loans and the Class A-T Loans.
Class A Loans. The Class A Senior Secured Floating Rate Loans incurred by the Co-Issuers under the Credit Agreement.
Class A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to this Agreement as supplemented by the Class A Term Loan Supplement.

More Definitions of Class A Loans

Class A Loans means collectively, the Initial Loans, the Incremental Loans made on the First Incremental Effective Date and the Incremental Loans made on the Second Incremental Effective Date.
