Class A Invested Amount definition

Class A Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Certificateholders on or prior to such date, minus (c) the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates over (ii) Class A Investor Charge-Offs reimbursed pursuant to subsection 4.07(b) prior to such date.
Class A Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class A Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class A Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Certificateholders on or prior to such date, minus (c) the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates over (ii) Class A Investor Charge-Offs reimbursed pursuant to subsection 4.07(b) prior to such date, and plus (d) the principal amount of any additional Class A Certificates issued after the Closing Date in accordance with Section 6.03(c) of the Agreement; provided, however, that the Class A Invested Amount shall not be reduced below zero.

More Definitions of Class A Invested Amount

Class A Invested Amount means an amount equal to (a)the initial principal balance of the Class A Certificates less the Class A Percentage of the initial deposit to the Pre-Funding Account plus the Class A Percentage of any withdrawals from the Pre-Funding Account pursuant to Section 4.18 in connection with (i)during the Funding Period, the addition of Receivables to the Trust or (ii)at the end of the Funding Period, for deposit into the Excess Funding Account, minus (b)the aggregate amount of principal payments (except principal payments made from the Pre-Funding Account) made to Class A Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c)the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Determination Dates, and plus (d)the aggregate amount allocated and available on all prior Business Days pursuant to subsection 4.9(a)(vi) (including amounts applied pursuant to such subsection but funded pursuant to Section 4.10(a) and (b) and Section 4.14(a), (b) and (c)) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clause (c). Subject to the Agreement, payments of principal are limited to the unpaid Class A Invested Amount of the Class A Certificates, which may be less than the unpaid balance of the Class A Certificates pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. All principal of and interest on the Class A Certificates is due and payable no later than the Distribution Date in March 2003 (the "Series 1998-1 Termination Date").
