Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class B Members shall initially mean XXXXXXX HOMES XXXXXXX LOANS, LLC (or its Affiliates and/or members), but may include others to whom the Manager may grant or allow to purchase Class B Interests. Issuance of Class B Units is irrevocable even if Xxxxxxx Homes Xxxxxxx Loans, LLC, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx is removed as the Manager of the Company.
