Class A Interest Funding Account definition

Class A Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.04(a).
Class A Interest Funding Account means the Class A Interest Funding Account established with the Securities Intermediary in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Class A Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement.
Class A Interest Funding Account is defined in subsection 4.18(a).

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.
