Class A Interest definition

Class A Interest. Each of the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Interests.
Class A Interest means an Interest that has been designated as Class A.
Class A Interest. Each regular interest in a Lower Tier REMIC with the letter "A" in its class designation.

More Definitions of Class A Interest

Class A Interest means the limited liability company interest represented by the Class A Units owned by a Class A Member in the Company at any particular time, including the right of such Class A Member to any and all benefits to which such Class A Member may be entitled as provided in the Act, this Agreement, or otherwise, together with the obligations of such Class A Member to comply with all terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Act.
Class A Interest means a Membership Interest issued pursuant to Section 3.1, which entitles the Holder thereof to receive the distributions of cash and property, allocations of profits and losses and other rights that are accorded Holders of a Class A Interest under this Agreement.
Class A Interest means an Interest in the Company which is classified on Exhibit B as a Class A Interest and which has the rights, powers and privileges enjoyed by a Member holding a Class A Percentage Interest (under the Act, the Certificate, this Agreement or otherwise) in its capacity as a Member, and all obligations, duties and liabilities imposed on such a Member (under the Act, the Certificate, this Agreement or otherwise) in its capacity as a Member.
Class A Interest. Each of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5 and Class A-6 Interests.
Class A Interest has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).
Class A Interest means a Company Interest having the relative rights, preferences and obligations specified with respect to the Class A Interests set forth in Section 3.1(b) and elsewhere in this Agreement.
Class A Interest means, with respect to any Class A Member: (a) that Class A Member’s status as a Class A Member; (b) that Class A Member’s share of Company Items and the right to receive distributions from the Company; (c) all other rights, benefits and privileges enjoyed by that Class A Member (under the Act, this Agreement, or otherwise) in its capacity as a Class A Member, including that Class A Member’s right to vote, consent and approve and otherwise to participate in the management of the Company, to the extent provided in this Agreement; and (d) all obligations, duties and liabilities imposed on that Class A Member (under the Act, this Agreement or otherwise) in its capacity as a Class A Member, including any obligations to make Capital Contributions.
