Class A Deficiency Amount definition

Class A Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(a).
Class A Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.06(a).
Class A Deficiency Amount for any Transfer Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this subsection 4.6(a) as of the prior Interest Period over the amount actually transferred to the Distribution Account for payment of such amount.

Class A Deficiency Amount means the Class Deficiency Amount for the Class A Notes.
