Class A Certificate definition

Class A Certificate. Any one of the Class A-1 or Class A-2 Certificates.
Class A Certificate. Any one of the Class X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-6 or Class A-7 Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1, each such Certificate evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Trust Fund for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • The total amount of interest distributed on any Class A Certificate on any Distribution Date shall be equal to one month’s interest at the Certificate Interest Rate on the Certificate Principal Balance of such Certificate immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • All distributions made with respect to any Class A Certificate on any Distribution Date shall be applied first to the interest distributable thereon on such Distribution Date and then to the principal thereof.

Class A Certificate. A Certificate executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto and designated as a Class A Certificate.
