Class A-6 Certificate Principal Balance. As of any time of determination, the Certificate Principal Balance as of the Startup Day of all Class A-6 Certificates less any amounts actually distributed to the Owners of the Class A-6 Certificates pursuant to Section 7.03(f) hereof on all prior Payment Dates plus any Preference Amount previously distributed to the Owners of the Class A-6 Certificates with respect to principal.
