More Definitions of Class A-2 Interest

Class A-2 Interest means an interest which is held by a Class A-2 Member, identified as such in Exhibit 1. Subject to the maximum limitation on all Class A Interests, there shall be up to 4,000 Class A-2 Interests, each representing a capital contribution of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), unless increased at the discretion of Manager. A Member will be assigned Class A-2 Interests if the Member’s total Capital Contribution is $50,000 or greater, but less than $100,000.
Class A-2 Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4(a) of this Issuance Supplement.
Class A-2 Interest means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) interest on the Class A-2 VFC Principal Balance for the immediately preceding Interest Accrual Period computed pursuant to subsection (b) and, if applicable, subsection (c), below, plus or minus (as the case may be) (ii) any Estimated Interest Adjustment with respect to the previous Distribution Date.
