Class A-2 Bonds definition

Class A-2 Bonds means the Bonds so designated under the Indenture and issued pursuant thereto.
Class A-2 Bonds. The Class A-2 Bonds in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.
Class A-2 Bonds the class of Bonds identified as the "Class A-2 Bonds" in the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.

  • Such approval relates only to the Class A1 Bonds and the Class A2 Bonds which are to be admitted to trading on a regulated market for the purposes of Directive 2004/39/EC (the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) and/or which are to be offered to the public in any Member State of the European Economic Area.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
