Class A-1A Certificate definition

Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-1A" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-1A Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-1A Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-1A Certificate. Any one of the Class A-1A Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 5.01, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in the Master REMIC.

More Definitions of Class A-1A Certificate

Class A-1A Certificate. Any one of the Class A-1A Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1A and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-1A Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated as a Class A-1A Certificate pursuant to Section 6.01.
Class A-1A Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 hereto.
Class A-1A Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class A-1A Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class A-1A Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk Shortfall and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-1A Certificate. A Certificate designated as an EQCC Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificate, Series 1998-3, Class A-1A Certificate, and evidencing (i) a beneficial interest in a "regular interest" in the Trust REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions and (ii) the right to receive payments in respect of LIBOR Interest Carryovers from the Spread Account.
Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Class A-1a Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-1A Certificate. A Certificate designated as "Class [A-1A]" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-13 hereto.
