Class A-1 Principal Balance definition

Class A-1 Principal Balance as of any date means the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance less all amounts paid to the holders of Class A‑1 Notes in respect of principal pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.
Class A-1 Principal Balance means, as to any Remittance Date, the Original Class A-1 Principal Balance less all amounts previously distributed to Holders of Class A-1 Certificates on account of principal.
Class A-1 Principal Balance. At any time, the Original Class A-1 Principal Balance minus the sum of all amounts previously distributed on the Class A-1 Certificates since the Closing Date pursuant to clauses A(ii) and B(ii) of Section 6.01(a).

Class A-1 Principal Balance. The original Class A-1 Principal Balance of $__________ reduced by the sum of all amounts previously distributed to the Owners of the Class A-1 Group I Certificates in respect of principal on all previous Payment Dates, but shall not be reduced below zero.
