Class A-1 Component. The Component having such designation.
Class A-1 Component. With respect to the Class X Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X Certificates equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of the Class A-1 Certificates.
Class A-1 Component means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-1 Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-1.

More Definitions of Class A-1 Component

Class A-1 Component means, in relation to each Class R Combination Note, the relative portion of such Class R Combination Note comprised of a Class A-1 Note, which represents 91 per cent. of the principal amount of such Class R Combination Note as at the Closing Date.
Class A-1 Component. ONE: The portion of the Class A-1 Certificates so designated in Section 4.01.
Class A-1 Component means a component of the Class X Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-1.
Class A-1 Component. Either the Class A-1A or Class A-1B Component.
Class A-1 Component. Any one of Component A-1-1 or Component A-1-2, each as described in the Preliminary Statement hereto. As used herein, the Class A-1 Components shall be the "related Components" for the Class A-1 Certificates.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-1 Rate means 5.604% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the relevant Interest Period and a 360‑day year).

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class A-2 Rate means [ ]% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Class M-9 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iv) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (v) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (vi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (vii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (viii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-7 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-7 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ix) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-8 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-8 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-9 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) the applicable Subordination Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period over the Overcollateralization Floor Amount.
