Class A-1 Common Stock definition

Class A-1 Common Stock means the shares of Class A-1 Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company, and any other capital stock of the Company into which such Class A-1 Common Stock is reclassified or reconstituted.
Class A-1 Common Stock means the shares of class A-1 common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower, the termClass A-2 Common Stock” means the shares of class A-2 common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower, the term “Class B Common Stock” means the shares of class B common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower, the term “Class A Preferred Stock” means the shares of class A preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower and the term “Stock” means each of the Class A-1 Common Stock, the Class A-2 Common Stock, the Class B Common Stock and the Class A Preferred Stock. Class A-1 Common Stock means, as applicable, (a) the Class A-1 Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SESI, or (b) following any consolidation, merger, reclassification or other similar event involving SESI, any shares or other securities of SESI or any other Person or cash or other property that become payable in consideration for the Class A-1 Common Stock or into which the Class A-1 Common Stock is exchanged or converted as a result of such consolidation, merger, reclassification or other similar event.
Class A-1 Common Stock means the shares of Class A-1 Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company or any security into which such shares of Class A-1 Common Stock may be changed by reason of any transaction or event of the type referred to in Section 7 of this Plan.
