Class 1A1 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class 1A1."
Class 1A1 Certificates. Any one of the Class 1A1 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1, executed by the Securities Administrator and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC 2.

Examples of Class 1A1 Certificates in a sentence

  • This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class 1-A1 Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class 1-A1 Certificates in the Trust Fund created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc.

  • Distributions on the Class 1-A-1 Certificates will be derived primarily from a pool of conforming balance adjustable-rate mortgage loans ("Group 1 Mortgage Loans").

  • For the Class 1A1 Certificates, the Pass-Through Rate will equal the lesser of 1ML+ [ ]% and the weighted average of the net rates of the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • The Certificates will consist of twenty-three Classes of Certificates, designated as (i) the Class 1-A-1 Certificates, (ii) the Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2, Class 2-A-3 and Class 2-A-4 Certificates, (iii) the Class M1, Class M2, Class M3, Class M4, Class M5, Class M6, Class M7, Class M8 and Class M9 Certificates, (iv) the Class B1, Class B2-A, Class B2-B, Class B2-C and Class B2-D Certificates, (iv) the Class C Certificates, (v) the Class P Certificates and (vi) the Class R and Class RX Certificates.

  • Any increase in the Class Certificate Balance allocated to the Class 1-A-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 5.03(b) will instead increase the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates.

  • For each Distribution Date occurring in the month of and prior to January 2006, interest will accrue on the Class 1-A-1 Certificates at a rate equal to the fixed rate applicable to such certificates.

  • The Class 1-A-1 Certificates shall evidence ownership of the Reserve Fund for federal income tax purposes and the Holders thereof shall direct the Securities Administrator, in writing, as to investment of amounts on deposit therein.

  • For the purposes of such elections, each of the Interests in REMIC I, other than the Class R-1 Interest, is hereby designated as a regular interest in REMIC I; and each Certificate, other than the Component Certificates and the Class LT-R, Class R and Class P Certificates and, in the case of the Class 1-A1 Certificates, exclusive of the right to receive amounts from the Basis Risk Reserve Fund, and each Component comprising the Component Certificates is hereby designated as a regular interest in REMIC III.

  • In addition, the Class 1-A1 Certificates represent the right to receive payments in respect of any Basis Risk Shortfalls and Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls from the Basis Risk Reserve Fund pursuant to Section 5.07.

  • From the Principal Remittance Amount derived from loan group 2, sequentially, first to (x) the Class 2-A-1, the Class 2-A-2, Class 2-A-3, and the Class 2-A-4 Certificates, in that order, and then to (y) the Class 1-A-1 Certificates, the Group 2 Allocation Amount and the component of the Principal Remittance Amount representing payments under the Swap Agreement to cover Realized Losses on the group 2 mortgage loans, until the respective Class Principal Balances are reduced to zero; 4.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.

  • Class A-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class A-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class A-5 Certificate.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.
