Class 1A-1B Certificates definition

Class 1A-1B Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class 1A-1B” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class 1A-1B Certificates means DSLA Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR2, Class 1A-1B Certificates, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.

  • This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class 1-A1B Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class 1-A1B Certificates in the Trust Fund created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall withdraw from the Yield Maintenance Account the Yield Maintenance Distributable Amount then on deposit therein with respect to (w) the Class 1-A1A Certificates, (x) the Class 1-A1B Certificates, (y) the Class 2-A1A, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C2 Certificates or (z) the Class 2-A1C1 Certificates, as applicable, and deposit such amounts in the Distribution Account for payment to the related Classes of Certificates.

  • The Basis Risk Reserve Fund X-1 Subaccount will be held in trust by the Securities Administrator on behalf of the holders of the Class 1-A1A and Class 1-A1B Certificates.

  • Distributions on the Class 1-A1A and Class 1-A1B Certificates will be derived primarily from a pool of conforming balance adjustable-rate mortgage loans (“ Group 1 Mortgage Loans”).

  • The Basis Risk Reserve Fund will be held in trust for the benefit of the Holders of the Class 1-A-1A and Class 1-A-1B Certificates.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".

  • Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-1A" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
