Class 1 Milk definition

Class 1 Milk means the amount of litres of milk that is equal to the volume of sales in litres by a processor or distributor of Class 1 products processed by pasteuri- zation, ultra high temperature treatment or sterilization.
Class 1 Milk means market milk, market skim milk, and market cream that is supplied to consumers or used for the purposes specified in Section 61932.
Class 1 Milk means fluid milk that is homogenized milk, 2% milk, 1% milk, skim milk, flavoured milk or organic milk.
