Claims Services definition

Claims Services means the services that collectively provide:
Claims Services means investigating Your Claim(s) by making a Subject Access Request (SAR) on Your behalf to the Loan / Credit Card Provider(s) and/or Your Bank and in the event a Loan(s) / Credit Card is located, investigating, preparing, submitting and handling Your Claim(s) to/with the Loan / Credit Card Provider(s). Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Claims Services means conducting a PPI Check(s) to ascertain if You may have/had PPI with the Company and, in the event that PPI may be located, investigating, preparing, submitting and handling Your Claim(s) to/with the Company. Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service and/or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and/or commencing legal proceedings on Your behalf.

Examples of Claims Services in a sentence

  • TCG will not commence the Claims Services and process Your Claim(s) until TCG receives Your Instruction.

Claims Services means preparing, submitting and negotiating Your Claim(s) to/with the Company, once TCG has located PPI. Where appropriate, this may include commencing legal proceedings and/or submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service on Your behalf.
Claims Services means investigating, preparing, submitting and handling Your Claim(s) to/with the Company. Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service and/or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and/or commencing legal proceedings on Your behalf.
Claims Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof.
Claims Services means investigating Your Claim(s) by making a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) on Your behalf to the Loan Provider and/or Your Bank. Upon receipt of the DSAR, TCG will review all information provided and if there are merits to proceed, TCG will prepare, submit and negotiate Your Claim(s) to/with the Loan Provider. Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service and/or commencing legal proceedings on Your behalf. If TCG does not identify any grounds of mis-selling following receipt of a DSAR(s), this Agreement will come to an end.
