Claim Proceeds means, with respect to any Commercial Tort Claim or any Collateral Support or Supporting Obligation relating thereto, all Proceeds thereof, including all insurance proceeds and other amounts and recoveries resulting or arising from the settlement or other resolution thereof, in each case regardless of whether characterized as a “commercial tort claim” under Article 9 of the UCC or “proceeds” under the UCC.

Claim Proceeds means all present and future value, order, award, entitlement or remuneration of any kind and in any form including, without limitation, any property, assets, cash, bonds, or any other form of payment or restitution, permit, license, consideration, refund or reimbursement of fees or similar right in each case paid, payable, recovered, owing to, due to, awarded to, ordered or otherwise received or to be received by the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates of any kind, or any of their respective successors or assigns pursuant to or in respect of any settlement, award, order, entitlement, collection, judgment, sale, disposition, agreement or any other monetization of any kind of, in any way relating to the Claim Proceedings.

Claim Proceeds means any and all value due to and/or received by, directly or indirectly, on behalf of, or in lieu of payment to, the Claimant in connection with or arising out of the Claim as a result of any judgment, award, order, settlement arrangement or compromise, (including payment of any damages, compensation, interest, restitution, recovery, judgment sum, arbitral award, settlement sum, compensation payment, costs and interest on costs), whether in monetary or non-monetary form, whether actual or contingent, and before deduction of any taxes which the Claimant may be liable to pay in respect of the Claim Proceeds;

Examples of Claim Proceeds in a sentence

These monies will be payable to us in the first instance and you authorise us to make repayment of the Outstanding Balance on your behalf out of and within 7 days of receipt of the Claim Proceeds and/or Insurance Proceeds.
As security for repayment of the Account Balance under this Agreement, we require you to provide us with an assignment (in the form of the Form of Assignment) to us of the Claim Proceeds.
Repayments of the loan are made on your behalf out of your Claim Proceeds in the event that your Claim is successful, or out of the Insurance Policy in the event that your Claim is unsuccessful.
