Claim Form Instructions definition

Claim Form Instructions means the documents in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement and/or as ultimately approved by the Court.

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.
