Claim Deadline definition

Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Settlement Administrator by a Settlement Class Member must be postmarked or submitted electronically, which will be ninety (90) Days after the Notice Deadline. All Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Settlement Relief.
Claim Deadline means a date certain, which is to be set forth in the Notice and which shall be no more than ninety (90) Days from the date Notice is mailed to Settlement Class Members.

More Definitions of Claim Deadline

Claim Deadline means the date to be set by the Court as the deadline for Settlement Class Members to submit Claim Forms, and which shall be a total of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days, beginning after the Notice Date.
Claim Deadline means 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on the date by which Unidentified Class Members must submit Claim Forms (either electronically on the Settlement Website or by mailing in a paper Claim Form) to be eligible for the benefits described herein, which date and time shall be specified in the Notice.
