Civilian Employee definition

Civilian Employee means any non-sworn personnel employed by PRPD, on either a temporary or permanent basis, in either a paid or unpaid capacity.
Civilian Employee means a person who is appointed to a classification that does not require peace officer status.
Civilian Employee or “Employee” means any person who may be employed from time to time by the Ottawa Police Service and who may occupy any of the positions set forth in Appendix “A” annexed hereto and forming part of this Agreement
