For the purpose of export of Civil Aeronautical Products in the framework of this Annex, when the Design Certificate holder and the Production Organisation are not the same legal entity, the Design Certificate holder shall establish proper arrangements with the Production Organisation to ensure satisfactory coordination between production and design and the proper support of the continued airworthiness of the Civil Aeronautical Product.
The approved manufacturer of a New Civil Aeronautical Product other than a complete aircraft being exported will provide a statement or declaration on the Authorised Release Certificate (Airworthiness Approval Tag) of its certification in respect of subparagraph7.2.2.1 of the TIP, including the identification of any exception from the identified approved type design or notified directives and requirements of the Importing Party.

Civil Aeronautical Product certification; 2.1.1.2. production, where different from persons covered by subparagraph 2.1.1.1.; 2.1.1.3. certification regulations and standards and 2.1.1.4. internal standardisation inspections or quality control systems.
The Exporting Party shall, in respect of Civil Aeronautical Products designed or manufactured under its jurisdiction, determine any appropriate action necessary to correct any unsafe condition of the type design that may be discovered after a Civil Aeronautical Product is placed in service, including any actions in respect of components designed and/or manufactured by a supplier under contract to a prime contractor in the territory under the Exporting Party's jurisdiction.
The Parties may also accept approvals, licences or other documents issued by a third country as a form of recognition of compliance that a Civil Aeronautical Product, organisation, or person complies with the applicable requirements set out in laws and regulations of that third country.
That the release of Civil Aeronautical Product is in conformity with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements; e.
That any Civil Aeronautical Product under the jurisdiction of the other Party found any serious defects or un-airworthy condition shall be reported to the other Party, the type certificate holder, and customer.
