City Standards definition

City Standards means the standards and specifications as set out by;
City Standards means the storm drainage standards approved by the chief engineer, a copy of which shall be on file in the division of engineering, department of public works. These standards are intended to be minimum standards only and are not to be construed as a guarantee to property owners adjacent to a drainage facility against flood or drainage damage.
City Standards means the most current adopted City standard drawings and specifications and used as a reference for this ROW Policy.

Examples of City Standards in a sentence

  • Any existing nonconforming curb cuts shall be modified to meet current City Standards or closed with curb, gutter and sidewalk.

  • This agreement will allow the organization to do its own installation in accordance with Baltimore City Standards.

  • The house sewer shall meet City Standards as determined by the Department of Public Works, and a permit issued by the Department of Public Works is required for work within the public right-of-way.

More Definitions of City Standards

City Standards means those standards, requirements and specifications set out in the City’s Engineering Standards Manual as approved by the Director from time to time and all other applicable policies and by-laws of the City as may be amended from time to time;
