City Service Area definition

City Service Area means the area within the incorporated boundaries of the City that is specified as the Contractor’s service area.
City Service Area means the Corporate Limits of the City of Nebraska City, Nebraska.
City Service Area means the current corporate limits of the City, excluding only those areas for which a different Solid Waste collection company is providing Solid Waste service pursuant to a pre-existing franchise or permit.

City Service Area. The initial City Service Area is delineated in the service area map provided as Attachment A to this Contract.

"Construction and Demolition Debris" means materials generally considered to be not water soluble and non-hazardous in nature, including, but not limited to, steel, glass, brick, concrete, asphalt roofing material, pipe, gypsum wallboard, and lumber, from construction of structures at a site remote from the construction or demolition project, and including rocks, soils, tree remains, trees, and other vegetative matter which normally results from land clearing or land development operations for a construction project. Mixing of Construction and Demolition Debris with other types of Solid Waste, including material from a construction or demolition site which is not from the actual construction and demolition of a structure, will cause it to be classified as other than Construction and Demolition Debris. "Contractor Generated Waste" means Construction and Demolition Debris, Rubbish, Yard Trash, Bulk Items, or any combination thereof, generated by builders, building contractors, privately-employed tree trimmers and tree surgeons, landscape services, and nurseries. The term "Contractor Generated Waste" does not include Yard Trash generated by routine lawn and yard maintenance services.
City Service Area means the current sewer service area boundary of the City, and as such boundary may be modified and amended in the future.
City Service Area means the service area for the City System, together with such other service areas as may be added by City in the future.
