In conjunction with the submittal of the Annexation Petition, the Developer shall deliver an application for the zoning of the Property substantially consistent with the Planned Development attached hereto as Exhibit “B” it is in compliance with City Regulations (the “Zoning Application”).
The City and PID administrator shall review the sufficiency of each Payment Certificate with respect to compliance with this Agreement, compliance with the City Regulations ,the PD and Applicable Law, and compliance with the applicable SAP and Plans and Specifications within thirty (30) business days of receipt from the Developer.
