City Party definition

City Party and “City Parties” are defined in Section 10.9.

City Party is defined in the DDA.

City Party means and refers to, individually, the City and each of its elected officials, City Council, officers, employees, agents and legal representatives.

Examples of City Party in a sentence

• Any Studio City Party or Melco Crown Party may accede to this Work Agreement after the date hereof by executing a supplemental agreement in the form attached to the Master Services Agreement as Exhibit B, countersigned by Studio City Services Limited and MPEL Services Limited.

• Supreme Court Justices and Circuit Court Judges may not serve as City Party Chairmen.

• Provide verification of reason for class absences if requested by the course instructor and/or College administrators.

More Definitions of City Party

City Party or “City Parties” means individually or collectively, City or any of City’s elected officials, advisory bodies, directors, employees, contractors, agents or representatives, but not any of the Licensee Parties.

City Party means any of the City and its respective agents, contractors and subcontractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers and employees, and other persons engaged by any of the foregoing in respect of the City Activities, including RTG and RTG Parties in performance of the RTG City Party Works, but excluding RTG and RTG Parties in performance of the RTG Stage 1 PA Works notwithstanding the definition of City Activities, and excluding DB Co and any DB Co Party, and the “the City Parties” shall be construed accordingly.

City Party means any Design Professional, Construction Party, Subcontractor or other Person performing or providing any of the Project Services or furnishing or supplying goods, materials or services in connection with the Project Services.

City Party means, excluding the Proponent and any Proponent Party:

City Party has the meaning given in the Project Agreement.

City Party is defined in Section 2.14.1.

City Party shall individually refer to City Fullerton, City CM, or City LH, and “City Parties” shall collectively refer to City Fullerton, City CM, and City LH. All references to the term “City Party,” as they relate to a particular Home or NSP Loan, shall be deemed to refer to the City Party in whose jurisdiction the Home is located or who issued the NSP Loan.
