City Lands definition

City Lands means the lands in, over, under, and across, which the City’s Assets are located and where the City has a property right, and includes a highway, street, road allowance, lane, or bridge, under the jurisdiction of the City;
City Lands means all areas or lands within the municipal boundaries of the City of Kamloops that are under the care, management, or jurisdiction of the City of Kamloops and/or that are vested in or owned or held by the City of Kamloops.
City Lands means the area of Parcel Identifier: 000-000-000 Xxx X, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx 0 xxx 0, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 00000 on which the Victoria Centre Facility is located, as outlined in bold on the plan attached as Schedule “1”;

Examples of City Lands in a sentence

  • The allocation of responsibilities, tasks and risks as between the City and Project Co in relation to the use of the City Lands and Existing Infrastructure for Utility Work is set out in Part 2 of Schedule 28 [Project Approvals and Utility Matters].

  • The Parties shall cooperate with the Referee and comply with all reasonable requests from the Referee for additional information, documents and access to personnel and the City Lands which the Referee considers necessary or desirable for his or her consideration of the Dispute.

More Definitions of City Lands

City Lands means lands owned or controlled by the City;
City Lands means the Real Property Interests described in Schedule 14 [City Lands], including all improvements, fixtures, buildings, structures and other infrastructure, including the Existing Infrastructure thereon, provided that the Future Acquired Lands (as identified in Schedule 14 [City Lands]) shall not constitute part of the City Lands until the City acquires possession of any Real Property Interests therein and notice of possession of such Real Property Interest has been delivered to Project Co.
