City Information definition

City Information or “Information” is defined in Section III.O of this Agreement.

City Information means General Information and Personal Information:

City Information. – means any information in the custody and control of the City, including databases that may be the repository of names, contact information, business records, financial information or other identifiers compiled and used by City employees to conduct City business. Examples of City databases include: grants recipients, lists of event attendees and resident association lists.

• Contractor agrees to protect all City Information and treat it as strictly confidential, and further agrees that Contractor shall not at any time, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any City Information to any third party without the City’s prior written consent.

More Definitions of City Information

City Information means the kind of information that:

City Information means any information in the custody or control of the City, including networks, databases and systems, compiled and used by City of Guelph employees to conduct City business.

City Information means information provided or made available to Vendor by or at the direction of City, information which is created or obtained by Vendor on behalf of City, or information to which access was provided to Vendor by or at the direction of City, in the course of Vendor's performance under this Agreement that includes any Confidential Information or Personal Information of or pertaining to City or any clients, customers, or residents of City.

City Information means all information concerning AE and its business in any form, including, without limitation, the products and services provided under an agreement disclosed to or otherwise learned by Contractor while performing under a Contract with the City.

City Information or “Information” means any and all City information or data, including but not limited to, City-specific information, user information, data, materials, processes, documents, citizen information, and any other information, materials, or data Program Administrator receives from the City or City Information to which City grants Program Administrator access to, in any form whatsoever including oral, written, and machine-readable form, video, audio, phonorecord, recorded media, drawings, schematics, samples, devices, software, formulas, services, processes, procedures, protocols, trade secrets, intellectual property, and business or strategic plans.

City Information means all public and non-public information concerning or embodying the scientific, statistical, or technical data, including designs, drawings, processes, statistics, software, components, data, databases, know- how, prototypes, samples, research and developments, meeting reports, systems, programs, research, development, strategic plans, or the like with respect to the operations and activities of the City or its agents, officers, employees or subcontractors, regardless of whether such disclosure is in oral, written, or electronic form.
