More Definitions of City Deed of Trust

City Deed of Trust means the First Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (with Assignment of Rents) executed by Xxxxxxxx in favor of City and dated on or about the date hereof, which secures this Note and the City Loan evidenced hereby. The City Deed of Trust shall include covenants burdening the Property and running with the land binding Borrower and its successors and assigns to the performance of all obligations of Borrower set forth in the PSA, the Settlement Agreement and the City Loan Agreement.
City Deed of Trust means the Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents given for the benefit of the Vallejo Housing Authority in connection with the City Loan (as modified by the Modification of Deed of Trust between the Borrower and the Vallejo Housing Authority).
