  • Any dispute between the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be brought before the Copenhagen City Court (if Company is registered in Denmark), the Oslo District Court (if Company is registered in Norway), and District Court of Stockholm (if Company is registered in Sweden or other country) as first instance.
