Examples of City Court in a sentence
Any dispute between the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be brought before the Copenhagen City Court (if Company is registered in Denmark), the Oslo District Court (if Company is registered in Norway), and District Court of Stockholm (if Company is registered in Sweden or other country) as first instance.
Disputes arising from this agreement will be brought before the City Court of Copenhagen, Denmark.
The parties accept Oslo Court of Conciliation and Oslo City Court as the correct legal venue.
Any disputes regarding this Application Agreement which cannot be solved amicably, shall be referred to the ordinary courts of Norway and the Applicant accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bergen City Court.

Any complaints regarding Fjordforbindelsen Xxxxxxxxxxxxx's decisions pursuant to section 8.1 or other disputes arising from this agreement may be brought before the Copenhagen City Court or the Customer's own home court if the Customer is a consumer.
Any disputes that arise between the parties and which cannot be resolved through negotiation may be brought before the Danish courts, in which case Glostrup City Court will be the venue.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the End User Licence Agreement shall be settled the Copenhagen City Court.
