City Contract definition

City Contract means any contract entered into by the City and a Developer or End User for labor or services related to development within the City, including but not limited to construction contracts, consultant contracts or the operation of industrial, commercial, retail or office-related businesses within the City.
City Contract means a written contract between the city and a third party;
City Contract means a contract with the city under which a covered employer provides nonprofessional services in return for compensation of $250,000 or more.
