City Building Code definition

City Building Code means the Wichita/Sedgwick County Unified Building and Trade Code, or any successor thereto in effect in the City during construction of the Developer Project.
City Building Code means the City building codes in effect in the City during construction of the Project.
City Building Code means the City of Valley Center, Kansas Building Code, or any successor thereto in effect in the City during construction of the Developer Project.
