Citizens Data definition

Citizens Data means any and all data of Citizens in an electronic format that: (a) has been provided to Vendor by Citizens; (b) is collected, used, processed, stored, or generated as a result of the Services; or, (c) is private information or personally identifiable information collected, used, processed, stored, or generated as a result of the Services, including, without limitation, any information that identifies an individual, such as an individual’s social security number or other government- issued identification number, date of birth, address, telephone number, biometric data, mother’s maiden name, email address, credit card information, or an individual’s name in combination with any other of the elements listed herein.
Citizens Data means any and all data of Citizens in an electronic format that is personally identifiable information collected, used, processed, stored, or generated as a result of the Services, including, without limitation, any information that identifies an individual, such as an individual’s social security number or other government-issued identification number, date of birth, address, telephone number, biometric data, mother’s maiden name, email address, credit card information, or an individual’s name in combination with any other of the elements listed herein.

Examples of Citizens Data in a sentence

  • Further, Vendor shall certify to Citizens the destruction of any Citizens Data within the possession or control of Vendor but such destruction shall occur no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days after: (a) Citizens Data has been fully and adequately returned to Citizens; and, (b) Citizens has acknowledged the full and adequate return in writing to the Vendor.

  • Vendor is permitted to collect, process, store, generate, and display Citizens Data only to the extent necessary for the sole and exclusive purpose of delivering the Services.

  • Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it is subject to Section 501.171, Florida Statutes and other applicable laws and regulations related to information security and data privacy of Citizens Data.

  • Vendor and Vendor Staff are prohibited from sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Data outside of the continental United States.

  • As a part of delivering the final extract, Vendor shall also deliver to Citizens any applicable document on structure and access management settings to Citizens Data.

  • Further, this Subsection may not be invoked to excuse or delay Vendor’s compliance with its obligations to protect Citizens Confidential Information or Citizens Data.

  • Vendor shall use its best efforts to assist Citizens in identifying and preventing any potential or actual unauthorized appropriation, use, or disclosure of any Citizens Data and shall cooperate in promptly remedying such situation, including fulfilling its obligations under Subsection 11.2.9.

  • The provisions of this Section shall apply to each of Vendor’s subcontractors at any level who obtain access to Citizens Data.

  • Vendor shall cooperate with Citizens’ requests in managing the non- production environments without additional charge such as refreshing Citizens Data upon request.

  • As part of the Services, Vendor is responsible for maintaining a backup of Citizens Data and for an orderly and timely recovery of such data in the event that the Services may be interrupted.


More Definitions of Citizens Data

Citizens Data means any and all data of Citizens in an electronic format that: (a) has been provided to Vendor by Citizens; (b) is collected, used, processed, stored, or generated as a result of the Services; or, (c) is private information or personally identifiable information collected, used, processed, stored, or generated as a result of the Services, including, without limitation, any information that identifies an individual, such as an individual's social security number or other government­ issued identification number, date of birth, address, telephone number, biometric data, mother's maiden name, email address, credit card information, or an individual's name in combination with any other of the elements listed herein.

Related to Citizens Data

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Archives means the archives of Michigan.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Information Technology means computer hardware, software and networks;

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
