Cisco Partner definition

Cisco Partner means a Cisco authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator authorized by Cisco to sell Cisco Technology.
Cisco Partner means a Cisco authorized Reseller or Distributor.

  • If You purchase Cisco Technology from a Cisco Partner, the terms of this XXXX apply to Your use of that Cisco Technology and prevail over any inconsistent provisions in Your agreement with the Cisco Partner.

  • If You or Your Cisco Partner prepaid a fee for Your use of Cisco Technology that becomes EOL before the expiration of Your then-current Usage Term, Cisco will use commercially reasonable efforts to transition You to a substantially similar Cisco Technology.

  • If You purchased the Cloud Service through a Cisco Partner, Cisco will provide Service Credits as a credit memo to the Cisco Partner to be used towards the purchase of Cisco Technology or Cloud Services.
