Chronic Delinquency definition

Chronic Delinquency means that Tenant commits a Default pursuant to Section 31.4(b) three (3) times in any twelve (12) month period.
Chronic Delinquency means failure by Tenant to pay Rent, or any other payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease within three (3) days after written notice thereof for any three (3) months (consecutive or nonconsecutive) during any period of twelve (12) months. In the event of a Chronic Delinquency, in addition to Landlord's other remedies for Default provided in this Lease, at Landlord's option, Landlord shall have the right to require that Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance;
Chronic Delinquency means failure by Tenant to pay Monthly Rent, or any other payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease, when due in any of three (3) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) during any twelve (12) month period.

Examples of Chronic Delinquency in a sentence

  • In the event of a Chronic Delinquency, Landlord shall have the right, in addition to all other remedies under this Lease and law, to require that subsequent installments of Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly in advance, by certified check, and that Tenant shall, within five (5) days after request, increase the Security Deposit by an amount equal to twice the then applicable Monthly Base Rent.

  • In addition to all other remedies of Landlord set forth herein, in the event of a Chronic Delinquency, at Landlord’s option, Landlord shall have the right to require that the Rent and any other charge or sum to be paid to Landlord by Tenant under this Lease be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance.

  • In the event of a Chronic Delinquency, at Landlord's option, Landlord shall have the additional right to require that Rent and/or any other payments due under this Sublease be paid by Tenant quarter-annually, in advance.

  • There shall be a Chronic Delinquency by Tenant in the payment of Rent of any other periodic payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Sublease.

More Definitions of Chronic Delinquency

Chronic Delinquency means and describe the failure by Tenant, for three months (whether consecutive or non-consecutive) of any 12 month period, to pay the Rent or any other payments required, under the Lease, to be paid or reimbursed by Tenant to Landlord, within five days after the same is due. In the event Tenant is “chronically delinquent,” then Landlord shall have the right to require that Tenant pay its Rent on a quarterly basis, in advance. This remedy is cumulative and in addition to Landlord’s other remedies for Default, whether at law and under the terms of this Lease.
Chronic Delinquency means failure by Lessee to pay monthly Rent, or any other periodic payment required to be paid by Lessee under this Lease, within five (5) days as described in Section 15.1(B) above, for any three

In the event of a Chronic Delinquency, in addition to Landlord's other remedies for Default provided in this Lease, at Landlord's option, Landlord shall have the right to require that Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance;

In the event of a Chronic Delinquency, in addition to Landlord's other remedies for Default provided in this Lease, at Landlord's option, Landlord shall have the right to require that Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance. Tenant agrees that any notice given by Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 25(b), (i) or (j) above shall satisfy the requirements for notice under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1161, and Landlord shall not be required to give any additional notice in order to be entitled to commence an unlawful detainer proceeding.
