Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
Winter means the season commencing on November 1 of a calendar year and ending on April 30 of the subsequent calendar year.
Junkyard means an establishment or place of business which is maintained, operated or used for storing, keeping, buying or selling junk, or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard, including garbage dumps and sanitary fills.
Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.
Hot Weather Alert means the notice provided by PJM to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for extreme hot and/or humid weather conditions which may cause capacity requirements and/or unit unavailability to be substantially higher than forecast are expected to persist for an extended period. Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.
Bed and breakfast inn means a hotel which has nine or fewer guest rooms.
Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.
Bed and breakfast means property classified as residential real property under section 34c that meets all of the following criteria:
Bed and breakfast establishment means any establishment (i) having no more than 15 bedrooms;
Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.
Garden means an area within a cemetery established by the cemetery as a subdivision for organizational purposes, not for sale purposes.
Pruning means the appropriate removal of not more than one-third of the live branches or limbs of a Tree or more than one-third of the live branches or limbs on a Tree as part of a consistent annual pruning program.
Fresher means a student who has been admitted to an institution and who is undergoing his/her first year of study in such institution.
Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
washing means a process of separation by water using only size as a criterion;
E-cigarette means any electronic oral device, such as one composed of a heating element and battery or electronic circuit, or both, which provides a vapor of nicotine or any other substances, and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. The term shall include any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, and e-pipe or under any other product, name, or descriptor.
Apprentice plumber means a person licensed under this chapter as an apprentice
Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.
Preschooler means a child age two through four years old.
Warden means the Warden In-charge of Hall of Residence VIII and includes other Wardens of the said Hall.
Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.
Cider means an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of juice from primarily apples or pears, or both, which contains not less than 1/2 of 1% and not more than 8.5% of alcohol by volume. Cider may be still or carbonated and may contain other fruits, spices, botanicals, or other flavors.
