Christmas break definition

Christmas break means the period beginning with the last week day before Christmas Day and ending with the first week day after Christmas Day which is not a bank holiday.
Christmas break means the three (3) working days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

  • Supervisors employed on an academic school year basis shall be eligible for the Christmas and New Year's holidays provided they are in payroll status on the last scheduled work day prior to the Christmas break and the first scheduled work day following the break.

The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • Bed and breakfast means property classified as residential real property under section 34c that meets all of the following criteria:

  • Bed and breakfast establishment means any establishment (i) having no more than 15 bedrooms;

  • Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.

  • Garden means an area within a cemetery established by the cemetery as a subdivision for organizational purposes, not for sale purposes.

  • Apprentice plumber means a person licensed under this chapter as an apprentice

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.

  • Preschooler means a child age two through four years old.

  • Warden means the Warden In-charge of Hall of Residence VIII and includes other Wardens of the said Hall.

  • Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.

  • Cider means an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of juice from primarily apples or pears, or both, which contains not less than 1/2 of 1% and not more than 8.5% of alcohol by volume. Cider may be still or carbonated and may contain other fruits, spices, botanicals, or other flavors.
