China Business definition

China Business means, collectively, (a) the business, operations and activities of or relating to the China Division conducted at any time prior to the Effective Time by the Parent or the Company or any of their current or former Subsidiaries, and (b) any terminated, divested or discontinued businesses, operations and activities that, at the time of termination, divestiture or discontinuation, primarily related to the business, operations or activities described in clause (a) as then conducted, including those set forth on Schedule 1.1 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

China Business means the Business as operated in the Deferred Jurisdiction and including all of the relevant Business Employees, Purchased Assets, and Assumed Liabilities in the Deferred Jurisdiction.

China Business means the business of the China Asset Seller comprised of the China Assets and China Liabilities.

(北京天华阳光投资管理有限公司) and its Subsidiaries; (ii) any other businesses in China, more than 50% equity interests in which are owned by the Promisor from time to time, directly or indirectly, either on its own account or in conjunction with or on behalf of any natural person or legal person (whether enterprise or institutional legal person), whether as a shareholder, director, partner, trustee, employee or otherwise, and whether, and which compete or are likely to compete, directly or indirectly, with the Restricted Business (if such Restricted Business is carried out in China); for the purpose of items (i) and (ii) in this paragraph, including all the equity interests in and all the assets of any company whose businesses comprise solely of such business(each a “China Business” and collectively, the “China Businesses”).

China Business means the sale through the Business of goods and other assets procured or otherwise sourced by the Business from manufacturers, vendors or similar seller counterparties located in The Peoples’ Republic of China.

China Business means the business and operations of KT and Xx Xxxx as previously or currently conducted in the People's Republic of China, which consists of: (a) Internet data center services, including content delivery services; and (b) other businesses or operations necessary to conducting the business set forth in clause (a).

China Business shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.7(a).
