Chilled Water Plant definition

Chilled Water Plant means centralized air conditioning system which makes use of chilled water as the medium for removing the heat from the building. This includes the chillers and its ancillary equipment, including pumps and cooling towers where applicable.
Chilled Water Plant is that cost in plant and equipment which in the good faith opinion of the Energy Provider primarily serves to provide Chilled Water Services.
Chilled Water Plant means any chilled water production facility and such personal property and equipment related to chilled water production owned, leased, maintained or operated by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
