Chief Technical Officer definition

Chief Technical Officer means the Chief Technical Officer, APTIDCO.
Chief Technical Officer means the chief technical officer or any other officer carrying on similar functions, by whatever name called, of the Company appointed, from time to time, by the Board of Directors.
Chief Technical Officer means Parent’s Chief Technical Officer or as otherwise designated pursuant to Section 2.1(d).
