Chief of the Defence Force definition

Chief of the Defence Force means the Chief of the Defence Force appointed in terms of Article 32(4)(c)(aa) pursuant to Article 119 of the Namibian Constitution;
Chief of the Defence Force means the Chief of the South African National Defence Force contemplated in section 13 (1);
Chief of the Defence Force means the Chief of Defence Force appointed under Section 4.2 of the present Regulation;
