Chief of Emergency Services definition

Chief of Emergency Services means the person appointed as the Chief Fire Officer and Head of Centre as referred to in Section 5 (1) of the Fire Brigade Services Act, (Act. No 99 of 1987) and Section 45 (1) of the Disaster Management Act (Act. No 57 of 2002), respectively.
