Chief Nursing Officer definition

Chief Nursing Officer means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;

Chief Nursing Officer means the senior employee appointed by the process established by the CEO and responsible to the CEO for the nursing functions and practices in the Hospital.

Chief Nursing Officer means the head nurse executive serving as the vice president of nursing services of the hospital. The term does not include any interim personnel serving in that role.
