Chief Accountant definition

Chief Accountant means, as of any date, the duly appointed and acting Chief Accountant of the City, or such other person duly appointed and authorized to act on behalf of the Chief Accountant, or, if there shall no longer be a Chief Accountant, the duly appointed official of the City succeeding to the duties and functions of the Chief Accountant.
Chief Accountant means the chief accountant of the Business appointed by Party A with the powers and duties as specified in Article 9.1 of this Agreement and as may be specified under the relevant regulations;
