Check Measuring Equipment has the meaning given in clause 16.4(a). Claim means, in relation to any person or corporation, a claim, action, proceeding, damage, loss, expense, cost or liability incurred by or to be made or recovered by or against the person or corporation, however arising or whether present, unascertained, immediate, future or contingent and includes, without limitation, a claim for compensation.
