The Check-Casher shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, axxxxxxe and complete books and records regarding its duties hereunder.
Each such successor Collateral Agent shall provide the Check-Casher, the Borrower, ACE, the Administrative Agent, the Lender, each Xxxxxdity Provider and the Liquidity Agent with its address and telephone numbers.
