Chattel Mortgage definition

Chattel Mortgage. Security Instrument", and any other security for the note identified herein, and endorsed for insurance or held by the Secretary;
Chattel Mortgage means the mortgage or mortgages created and to be created by the Mortgagor over the Chattel pursuant to this Mortgage Agreement;

More Definitions of Chattel Mortgage

Chattel Mortgage means a Security Agreement and Chattel Mortgage in form and substance the same as Exhibit E to this Agreement.
